Sch 11 weeks 1 day so much painnn

i have been dignosed with a 7x3cm sch i had a ultra sound today and everything was fine with baby. Strong heart beat moving around. i have been having cramps for 2 weeks now and my dr said rest and tylenol. i left office noticed i was bleeding more and came home to lay down. now i have been in so much pain for hours. Like major cramps..passing clots. im not feeling a pad every hour which my dr said if i do to go to er.. so i dont know what to do anymore. This pain is awful. anyone else experience this awful pains and passing clots?
