Does this look promising?

So I went to the dr for a regular apt! He got my levels In and immediately took me to the US room. I wasn’t scheduled for one. He said everything looked great for my levels just high. So we did the US and he sees two sacs but one is measuring smaller then the other so he wants me back in two weeks jan3 to see the progression of them both. But so far everything looks great. I can’t help but stress a little. I am happy with both or just one but I can’t help but think like I’m just having one :( maybe I’m in denial. My hubs says twins from the start and his bestfriend said it looks like triplets haha anyways what do u guys think ?!
