Thoughts?

UPDATE: Tomorrow is my appointment and I haven’t had any bleeding at all just more symptoms like nausea and vomiting and SUPER SENSITIVE breasts. I’m excited for tomorrow but also nervous. Praying for healthy baby!

Hey guys... I am almost 7 weeks and on Wednesday I went in for transvaginal ultrasound. That morning i started bleeding (only when wiped) and for a few days previous i had some major cramping. Once we did ultrasound... doc was worried about the size of baby (measure at what would be 5 week baby) but there was a heartbeat and everything. Towards the left of uterus we could see something else which she explained is a “pocket” which hopefully that is where the blood is coming from. I go back in two weeks but until then, I’ve had a little bit more blood (very pinkish red) only when wipe and intense cramps and back pain. Kinda worried.
