Anyone else extra sick with twins?

I’ve never been so exhausted. I have a terrible metallic taste in my mouth and am nauseated almost all day. I will suddenly become STARVING and if I don’t get food in me right away, feel like I’ll barf. This is my second pregnancy and it’s way more intense than the first one with just one baby. 
Also, still dealing with the utter SHOCK that there are two in there. 😱

Yes I'm having twins and the nausea is awful this time around. I eat cookies and milk all the time. I'm so sick of saltines but I eat those too sometimes in the middle of the night. I sit and think of what I'll be able to eat next meal and end up ordering it lol. I'm on diclegis and it doesn't seem to be doing anything. Im so tired all the time. I'm still in shock there is two also and it's hard to even think about because of the nausea! I'm flying to my brothers for a week and I'm afraid I'm going to be a bump on a log 😭
