Thanks tricare

Destany

So for my first two pregnancies I had Medicaid and it covered the first ultrasound at around 8 weeks, anatomy scan at 18 weeks and a growth scan at around 30 or so weeks. Now I’m 8w2d with baby number 3 and married my son’s father and tricare I believe only covers the 20 week anatomy scan 😩 We’ll probably go to a business that does ultrasounds around 14-16 weeks to find out the gender before he leaves for deployment. Not being able to see my little nugget at 8w has me a little stressed. I haven’t gotten to hear the heartbeat yet or make sure everything is a-ok. Not to mention the only symptom that’s stayed consistent is the exhaustion. Nausea comes and goes but it doesn’t even TOUCH the nausea I had with my last pregnancies. I kind of forgot how stressful the first trimester can really be!

How’s it going for the rest of you ladies? I love seeing all of the ultrasounds! Here’s to happy and healthy pregnancies all around!
