I naturally did when it became awkward and uncomfortable. I'm 23.6 and am having trouble keeping myself from sleeping on my back since that still works. I flip from side to side whenever I get uncomfortable again or one of my arms falls asleep lol.

Whenever you're uncomfortable doing it is when you'll stop. Trust me. Your body will let you know if you listen. BUT if you like sleeping on your stomach, invest in one of the donuts for the pool that your belly will fit in so you can sleep comfortably but with support on your tummy.
