Any of you ladies track your resting heart rate?

Just curious to see if anyone else has used their Fitbit or whatever to track their resting heart rate to detect pregnancy and has it worked?

This is my first month with an Ava bracelet. It tracks my Resting Pulse Rate and my breathing rate. Both have been elevated since I ovulated and I’m 9dpo now. The info with my Ava app says that the Resting Pulse Rate is higher in the luteal phase and stay elevated into pregnancy so I guess we’ll see in a few days 😆

I did noticed my resting heart rate went up when I got pregnant before I tested positive.
