Does anyone know how a baby with whooping cough will act? My little one (14 weeks today) has a really bad cough and will gasp for air in between coughing but other than a runny nose and the cough she's fine with in her self ( a little more grumpy than normal and fewer wet nappies although she's drinking but it has decreased slightly) any help or advice would be greatly appreciated. We just got out of the hospital for bronchiolitis (her cough was never this bad while she was in but when we were discharged they said the cough could last for a while) I don't want to take her for them to say it's normal like the doctors did when I took her earlier this week but somethings different about this cough it's more severe and sounds like it's hurting her advice welcome
