7w 3D start spotting went to ER has I’m on vacation.
I’m in Japan on vacation went to the ER due to some bleeding they did a vaginal ultrasound and saw a sac but to early for a baby they said to see. But didn’t say I was getting a miscarriage either. I don’t go home until the 27th and we were going to tell our parents on Christmas so now I’m not sure.
