Am I pregnant?

Question

2 days until AF due, have super sore nipples and haven't had any cramping or sight of period yet, 
Partner and I have been ttc for 5 months,
What are your thoughts on me being preg? 
I will take a test once home (at parents for Christmas this year) won't be home for another week but breasts have been so tender, what are your thoughts on wether I'd be pregnant or just wishful thinking?

Honestly i don’t want to kill your dreams but sometimes wishful thinking could also mean your just symptom spotting and it could unfortunately trick your body into having those symptoms . I would wait until after christmas to take the test just in case its negative you don’t wanna have a sad holiday 😩. But hopefully you have a little bun, i hope you do & i hope i do too ✨ Baby dust ✨

It's certainly a possibility! I never get sore boobs, so when they first started hurting, I thought it was weird, but I didn't think it was a sign that I was pregnant. (I'm not a person who symptom hunts each month.) But then my period was 2 days late. My period is NEVER late. It was only then that I thought about the fact that my boobs were sore, and I realized I had a few other symptoms that were unusual for me as well. So, I tested and it was positive! If the sore boobs and late period are extremely out of the ordinary for you, and if you're not a symptom hunter, then I'd say there's definitely a good chance you could be pregnant! I would absolutely test when you get home from Christmas! Good luck!!
