Mild cramping during TTW...?

Hey guys, so my SO and I have been TTC for about 4years now and it’s been a shitty ride to say the least. Skip through the surgery, hormone meds, checking sperm counts, depression, and just all the frustration and tears that, in my mind, nobody understands. Anyway, I’m in my TTW (I’m supposed to test on the 30th) and I’ve noticed so very light cramping. Not like painful, but just some discomfort. It’s not gas or indigestion either. I’m that kind of person who bothers my OBGYN about EVERYTHING lol but I thought I’d give him a break and see if anyone on here has experienced this and if they know what it could be.... thanks for the help!
