Contractions... HELP!
Ugh!! I’m 39&5 and I’ve been having contractions 10 minutes apart since 1am this morning (14 hours) I’ve been on the exercise ball all morning, went for a walk and took a long shower. Idk what else to do?!
How long were you ladies in this stage of labor? And when did you go to the hospital?
