Boyfriend has varicocele

My boyfriend has had this for years and wants to do something about it besides surgery- he’s currently taking horse chestnut extract for it. We’re healthy, workout daily and eat well. It’s not affecting him too much, no pain from it. But it’s visible and he thinks about it during sex and will lower his sex drive. Anyone with a boyfriend that helped theirs?

We’re looking for something that doesn’t include surgery or a doctor. It’s not bothering him other than it just being there and he can see it.
