Spotting

I've been getting period for about 14 years now and have never once experienced spotting between periods. Now I have been spotting for 6 days straight. This comes 2 weeks after my last period which was very early.

Should I be worried? Unfortunately the spotting started the day that i moved out of Europe back to America - which means the day that I stopped having health insurance. I am concerned, but the cost of any testing that may need to be done has me hesitant to visit a doctor.

Does anyone have any experience with similar situations? Any advice or supportive comments?
