Do you use the diva cup?

I'm looking Into using mentrual cup on my period but I dont know much about them except that the blood is not an issue for me. Anyone have tips on getting them in, or taking out, size effects if any, how long to have them in for... ect.

Yes, using a cup is amazing! (To all you ladies voting "absolutely not" consider giving it a try!) I used to be an avid tampon user (pads tend to be icky in my opinion) and I would NEVER go back.

I use a moon cup and it is fantastic! What attracted me to the idea was to reduce the amount of waste I produce that goes into landfill, but I find I have less period pains and am not as uncomfortable and bloated when I use a cup over tampons. I have a light flow so can keep it in the whole day and just empty morning and evening, and I like not having to worry if I have enough tampons in my bag for a day out or an overnight stay etc. I have never had any leaks but did wear towels the first few months while I got used to it. There are YouTube videos for different folds to get the thing in and out. Give it a go!

Always!! I needed a good two or threee cycles where I used a pad for backup to learn how to insert it and everything correctly and how to tell when it’s full
