Rapidly expanding like the universe...

Help! I am experiencing serve pain in my boobs, stinging, itching, like growing pains. I'm 17wks along and know this is normal but I am borderline crying wanting to take my titties to the hospital. I would feel pretty silly so instead I'm wondering what I can do to combat this? Heat packs, a different bra? Removal? lol

My partner gave them a (non)sexy massage and I found some relief today in that, but he can't be here 24/7 to help.

It seems to be worse when it is colder.

Any advice?
