What is the best way to lay on period for you?
I always lay best when I’m on my back and my feet are propt up on pillow because it relaxes me. What is best for you?
My best friend lays on her belly because it puts pressure on it (it hurts worse for me like that) and I can also lay in a ball with a pillow on my belly, but my feet propt up is the best way.
