im 4 days postpartum please help
my bleeding was light barley any yesterday no pain since I gave birth but yesterday night I was cleaning moving around a lot and my vagina feels really really sore and I'm bleeding a lot more I'm a stay at home mom so not cleaning isn't an option I'm a bit worried its hard to move cause it feels like my vag will burst not the inside but outside front area
