Rash??!

Question

I'm a FTM and im freaking out. My 6week old has these little tiny bumps all over here belly and forehead. it wasn't that bad at first but it has continually got worse. Im taking her to the dr first thing tomorrow as soon as I can make an appointment. But I just wanted to know someones opinion on what it might be? Please comment any advice.. Thank you in advance!

Heat rash 100% just keep him cool and dry it will clear up overnight

My son had those too i think he got it from sweating... We used Neosporin for the itchiness it worked well but it took at leat 3 or 4 days to see the diffrence..

My guess would be an allergic reaction to something detergent maybe or some sort of change in something
