What is going on ?

So I was supposed to get AF on the 7th of this month. I had a little cramping and then nothing. So I tested multiple time over the last two weeks and they were all Negative. Today I had the worst cramps ever and then thinking I was going to start. All of a sudden cramps are gone and I still haven’t started ? Usually I cramp for about two days when AF shows up but never just stops and I don’t start. So confused on what’s going on. Any advice much appreciated.
