Any advice please? :(

hey girls, i’ve been ttcing for about 2 years now back then i NEVER knew what the problem was i knew it wasn’t hubby cause he has a daughter with his ex which makes this all more stressful on me, before i was with hubby i was dating some guy for a while and found out he was cheating so i left him that’s when i started dating my hubby. it was time for my pap and i had found out i had an STD, i was so heart broken i cried for hours. i had chlamydia and had no idea how long i had it for therefore realizing the reason i wasn’t able to have a baby my fallopian tubes are blocked from the infection, i really don’t have the money for IVF, and i want to cure this naturally. i have seen videos and read of women clearing their tubes with “Serrapeptase” or Castor oil packs i’m literally desperate for a baby :( please any advice would be appreciated
