Trigger shot help and line progression. Please read my questions and not just the pictures lol thanks!

I’m getting a blood test tomorrow to confirm but in the meantime...

I am currently 15days past trigger and 14dpo and 13 past IUI. I am pretty sure this isn’t from the shot anymore but I have no idea now.

Is it possible to have such a strong false positive this far past trigger? ? Has anyone experienced that?

Yesterday I had cramps like my period was coming and some brown spotting... Nothing yet today but I haven’t been up for long so we will see. Is this normal? Implantation maybe, or too late for that?

Does this look like a normal line progression? Or do they all look the same?
