If your mother-in-law gave you the wrong size clothes for Christmas

My mother-in-law gave me large clothes for Christmas, even though she likely knows that I am size small. I haven't tried them on yet, I have a feeling that they might just be a bit baggy on me. Would you mention it to her, or just accept it and wear it? I am a bit overly paranoid about my weight. All of my clothes are small, and they fit me fine, so I was a bit hurt when she said that she thought the large would fit me fine.
