A little heartbroken

After trying for 3 full years, going on 4, my husband finally went in to get tested. We already know that I have PCOS and rarely ovulate. We literally just received the phone call from his doctor stating that everything in his analysis was low, count, motility, morphology... everything!! Anybody else have any insights as to what your next steps were? We will be seeing a fertility specialist and he will be going to urology. Hopefully we find something that works for us.
