trigger warning

So I found out on nov 26th that i'm pregnant after 2 losses this year. My doctor cant see me till the 10th of jan but yesterday I started spotting so I went to the hospital finally got to see my baby and the heart rate was 140 so I went home and rested. Now today the bleeding is getting heavier. I dont think I can go thru this again now if it does happen I think i'm getting my tubes tied. I'm tired of the heart brake my husband and i are going thru. Im just struggling because im scared ill regret it after I do it. Sorry I just needed to get that off my chest.
