Today is a bad day
Persistent nausea has meant i have barely eaten or drank in a week. I currently have a painful ear infection and i am holding onto all the walls just to make it to the toilet, so weak and dizzy. I want to be sick and my mouth constantly wells up but nothing. I have work tomorrow and I just dont know what to do 😢😔
