Signs of implantation?

I woke up with an incredibly sore throat, headache, nausea, if I stand up I instantly feel like I’m going to vomit, loss of appetite if I try to eat I stop because if I continue I feel as if I’m going to vomit, backache. Incredibly strong sense of smell. I’m about 7dpo. I’ve done some reading and people say it it’s but I wanted more opinions. Has this happened to anyone of you?! And did you get your bfp around the time your period was supposed to come?
