How to get children custody?

Me and my husband been mutualy divorced and have 2 kids and third on the way. He earns and am a house wife but been in a abusive relationship how can I get kids custody when he is strong and threats me to leave the house . Please advice.

I don’t think you’ll get full custody for him abusing you. I’ve seen it go either way. And if he has money he will most likely lawyer up so why don’t you start working so you can afford to take care of your kids and/or get a lawyer without him. It looks bad on your part if he’s saying “hey here’s all the money I have. She’s not fit to raise them and has nowhere to go”

If he hits you, call the cops. Start building a case against him. Only in dire situations will the judge grand you full custody. If he abuses the kids then most definitely they have to intervene. 
It’s fucked up in my opinion but a lot of judges think just because he abuses you doesn’t mean he will be that way to the children. They want both parents to be in the children’s life. I hate how the system works. Get your paperwork and get a lawyer.
