TTC advice?

I have been off my Liletta IUD for about 8 months now and my periods and ovulating went back to normal the month after I got it removed. I've recently started using pre seed and taking Prenatal Vitamins. I was wondering if there was any advice, tips, or tricks you ladies used that helped you guys. I'm in my fertile window now and for the next few days. I'm hoping this week will be the week because it would be a cute/perfect New Year surprise. Happy Holidays to y'all and your families❤️❤️
