My boyfriend and I have had the marriage talk lol. It’s something I definitely do not want right now, but it’s also something I want in the future because it’s one of my dreams and to actually BE a wife(and basically have that title as well). He believes that marriage is a very big jump, and it’s something that shouldn’t be taken lightly. I agree but then again he says that marriage is just a piece of paper, and if he does want to get married he’ll get married when he’s 60+! That crushes me. We have a beautiful 9 month old together, and I have been very loyal, faithful, and caring/loving in our relationship through THICK and thin. Now it just kind of makes me think, am I really not deserving of that title, as a wife? Am I wrong for being upset because he doesn’t want to get married at all until basically he’s considered as an ‘elderly’? But also to be noted, I’m not someone who’ll push a marriage onto him either. When a man is ready, he’ll do it but it’s just nice to talk about.
