Possible miscarriage

Back in July/August I had some major bleeding, huge clots, etc. they found that I had a polyp on my uterus that I needed to have taken out. I’m starting to think though, with all these other women postings that I had a miscarriage instead...? Anyone have this polyp situation and the symptoms I’m describing? We’ve been trying for a year and a half now. Right now I’ve been sick with a stomach bug for 3 weeks butttt my period is way off.(I’ll post my chart in a second). Lots of baby dust my way please. I’m starting to get very discouraged and feeling like I’m a failure as a woman and a wife. 😭
