Trying to get pregnant

I had a baby two years ago and right after I got on the depo shot for 3 months an after never again, and since then leading up to three months ago my periods weren’t on track. But I’ve had my period the last three months in a row , I want to get pregnant so bad, my baby passed away after 2 weeks.

Any tips or anything to help. I don’t really know what I should be doing or things that could help, I don’t even know when I’m ovulating
