I want to be healthy but I can’t stop eating because of anxiety & depression...

I really want to live a healthy lifestyle

I want to eat healthy I want to lose weight so I can be fit and not overweight with lots of problems

But I’m dealing with a lot of depression and anxiety I don’t know if this is a part of post pregnancy but it’s ruining me

I have two kids

A 4 week old and a 16 month old

And I weigh around 190

I’m only 22 and I feel like crap because my bones hurt , I’m always tired , and I can’t stop eating junk food

Please someone advise me or encourage me to change my life around because this this rate I’ll just keep getting worse and gaining and gaining weight instead and I’d just feel worse about Myself then I do right now
