Is it true that you can hit a nerve when getting your tragus pierced? Someone told my bf this and now he doesn’t want me to get it.

I have my tragus pierced and no it doesn’t hit a nerve, and it doesn’t really hurt (well in my experience). I think you should get it done!

No, it’s all just a myth. If it was dangerous to get it pierced, piercers wouldn’t do it anymore.

I’ve got mine pierced 8 times and got it ripped out.. it’s not that dangerous 🙄
