Stress weight gain?

I stood on the scale after Christmas and my weight ballooned to 143 😫 (I am almost 19 and 5’2”). When I was working out, my weight was flunctuating from 135 to near 140 since starting college but I never thought that I was gonna cross it ><. I feel heavier too and I’m just really upset with myself at the moment. I don’t care if people tell me I am “healthy,” I feel bigger and not my normal self. I have recently been through a really rough break up these past few months and my depression hit making it difficult for me to go back to the things I love (working out, hanging with friends) and I’m wondering if the stress from that and finals contributed to my weight gain. I just want to feel ok again 😓.
