Painful bowel movements from iud?

My iud is fairly fresh (and my first time having one( I’ve had it for almost a month now, I’m actually currently on my first period and am so happy with it) however Ive noticed whenever I have a bowel movement during the process of pooping I get pains in my uterus. Could this be caused by the iud? Is it normal? (We did have problems with insertion as well, thankfully I was under ultrasound guidance but my uterus like is bent in half so they had to make me drink a ton of water to actually do the insertion and I wasn’t sure if just maybe my uterus shape causes the problems with the bowel movements too since that’ll change how my iud lays)
