Pimple during delayed periods

Hello all...

We are trying to have baby from past 2 months and am having folic acid tablet daily from one month.. november 26th 2017 was my last periods date.. my period is regular (5days periods in 28days cycle) usually will get pimple on face prior to my periods, my december period date was on 24th... but 3 days my period is delayed.. usually will get my periods 2,3 days before to my date... but this time 3 days delayed and as well as pimple is also there.. am i pregnant or its delayed periods ? Pls tel me !
