Animal Rights

Alright animal lovers, this is for you. So recently I've noticed that a lot of people have started to really humanize animals and even believe that animals should have rights. So here is my question. Do you believe animals should have rights? If YES, here are some follow up questions. A) what rights should they have? B) Are all animals equal under these rights? C) Will we then have to police and protect these rights from Animal to Animal? UPDATE- I am asking "Animal rights" advocates these questions. I am not saying these things SHOULD happen. I eat animals. All the time. lol
