nexplanon period

Ok. I’ve been on nexplanon since September. I had a baby in July. I immediately got my period after having the baby (after the initial bleeding stopped). This month I have been having extremely light blood. Like I don’t have to wear a tampon, but when I wipe there is a light red tint. Anyone have the same issue? Of course my first thought was implantation bleeding. Advice?
