lost since of smell

Hey ladies, so I've been sick for the past couple days with a pretty bad sinus infection. Coughing, loss of voice, runny nose the whole thing. This morning I went to take a bath with one of my Bath bombs that I got for Christmas and I noticed I couldn't smell it. At all! I can breath out of my nose but I can not smell anything, so I also can not taste anything! I'm almost 10 weeks pregnant and this whole not smelling thing is freaking me out. have any of you dealt with with? When did it come back? It's not gone for good is it?!
