pcos!

hello my name is talia, me and my husband have been trying to Conceive for about a year. i have no kids at the moment we really want a baby ! its been stressful these past few months ! i was diagnosed with PCOS last year , ive been taken the medication my dr. subscribed to me to get my period ive had it for the last three months normaly. i also been taken Prenatals and clomid im on my third round of clomid ! any advise on how to speed up the process? or anything else i can take or do?
