I love cold juicy fruits, like grapefruit cups you can get in the produce section or fresh cut pineapple. Smoking kind represses my appetite for most of the day, only to catch up in the evening when I'm virociously hungry and incredibly picky about what to eat. Only picky about the quality. I cook or go out. During the day when I'm at home I snack on small meals, and drink infused water, coffee, tea. Though I did just wake and bake and eat some scrambled eggs with fresh parmesan that were amazing.

i like to cook so i always have a full meal that way when i get the munchies im not cramming down tons of unhealthy snacks. usually if i eat a plate if a homecooked meal, my munchies are gone and i can just finish enjoying my high 😅
