OTC fertility test

Any one else try this otc sperm fertility check? I had my husband do it because I was curious and it came out with one line meaning low and was just curious if anyone else every did this and found it to be accurate? It’s a little discouraging we have only been trying for almost 4 months but still....we are both going to go get checked out by our doctors and see what our next steps are. Was just curious about this otc test and if anyone had their husbands try it.

Anyone’s husband ever try some sort of supplement or vitamin to help with healthy sperm and increase count?
