Wanting to explode

So I got dumped for the stupidest reason in the fucking world. I was cleaning the kitchen and I texted my bf telling him this beforehand. Normally it takes me from thirty minutes to an hour depending on how dirty it is. He knows that it takes me that long so when he suddenly gets mad and asks to prove that I was only cleaning the kitchen I was surprised.

I don't know why he would even want me to do that, but I did to shut him up. Apparently I was bullshitting because when I showed him the dishes I cleaned he said he can do them in ten minutes. I reminded him again that I wasn't him and I wasn't going to to things like he does as. I also reminded him that i was cleaning the whole kitchen, not just the dishes. In spite of that he dumped me then ignored me when I tried to talk to him about the situation. Eventually I left him alone because I thought he needed to cool down. As we speak I'm trying to talk to him to understand his reasoning but he's acting like I'm some stranger and refuses to talk to me. Any advice ?
