I DID IT!! 📚👩🏼‍🎓✅

I graduated high school in 2010 and went to college that fall. I had completed 11 of the 12 trimesters that were needed to graduate when life happened and I had to withdraw from my classes. When it was time to return, the school would not apply my scholarship to the last trimester nor would they grant me medical leave for the time I’d been gone. So I decided to transfer schools and was able to get a scholarship through the new school. However, what was supposed to be one more trimester, turned into 2.5 years. After completing all my classes this past May, it was determined that I needed to pay off any remaining college debt before I could receive my diploma.

Thankfully today (and right after Christmas) I received my college diploma in the mail. I have officially completed my Bachelor’s Degree and I now have my diploma in hand!! I’m beyond excited!! While it may have taken 7 years to complete, I can say it’s done!! And I can say it was all worth it!! I have completed my Bachelors of Science in Health Science and I couldn’t be more proud!!
