Nipple shields saved my life!
I was so ready to give up on breastfeeding... I dreaded it, it was painful and it stressed the both of us out.
I decided I’d try nipple shields and low and behold, it made BF so much better. I’m not in pain and she stays latched.
Hopefully this continues to work because pumping to keep up with her is a full time job!
