How do you use evening primrose and raspberry tea leaf?

Question

So I said I wouldn’t be that pregnant girl! BUT baby is huge according to my doctor and he has been floating right above the birth canal for weeks! I’m ready to get ready to have this little boy! 
How do you use the evening primrose oil gel tablets? 
And how are you using the tea?

At 36+2 I started taking one EPO in the morning and one in the evening. Then at 36+6 I also started inserting one vaginally before bed (didn’t poke it or anything, the gel melts). At 37+6 I started inserting a second one at night. I use the 1000mg tablets. At 37 weeks I was 2cm dilated and 50% effaced which is more than I was with my first so I’m thinking it may be helping.

The EPO helps prepare for labor but the red raspberry leaf tea causes contractions and can either start labor or give you contractions that make you feel like you're in labor. I just asked my ob about it and got a big NO lol but the EPO, with my first born I was told to start at 35-36 weeks by taking 1000 my orally then at 37-38 weeks, insert it vaginally (at night with a wash cloth between your legs because you will leak) and to poke a hole in the tip of the gel with a sowing needle.

Answer

37 weeks is far to early. Full term isn’t until 39 weeks let that baby keep cooking.
