Boobs look lifeless

After a medical abortion due to complications which was already sad enough , now my boobs look Shrink and lifeless... feel extra soft like there’s missing filling in them and much smaller than before pregnancy 😭😭 will I at least get to keep my boobs from this pregnancy or are they gone forever ? I’m so devastated like seriously... lost my baby and now I’m left with grief and confidence issues I feel so ugly .
