Food poisoning

Hello all! I am 4 weeks and one day pregnant ( feels weird saying that - ha! ).

I tested using FRER and got faint lines getting stronger on two consecutive days. But yday I fell sick. Food poisoning. I threw up once and had diarrhea like poop ( sorry TMI ) about twice. Feel better now. I am trying to stay hydrated. I am sort of worried as to what this may mean while pregnant. Anyone who has gone through this, pls help me out. My doc sees me only at 8 weeks. Thank you!
