Nipple damage 🤔
Any of you ladies experience nipple damage due to breastfeeding?? How did you know and what was the best way to heal for you?
I’m exclusively breastfeeding my 2 week old and I think I have nipple damage 😣 it’s the weekend so I’m not sure that I’ll be able to see someone until Monday. It doesn’t hurt when he feeds it just hurts when he latches on. Any advice you may have for me would be greatly appreciated 🙂
